i’m pretty sure my body is attempting to put me in some sort of hibernation mode because i have been sleeping the entire day for the past like two weeks, unless i have to go to work. it’s awful, i’m not getting the things done that i need to, & i just end up staying up all night or feeling groggy when i need to be awake. anyone have any advice on how to get back to a normal sleep schedule?

- le-petit-agneau answered: Try laying down during normal sleep hours whether you’re tired or not. Then try to stay out and about during the day to wear yourself out.
